Otis Collections Online is a digital library/repository that is created and maintained at Otis with the assistance of Library and Visual Resources staff. Most collections are made available through CONTENTdm collections management software. Several collections pertain to the topic of Otis History:

There are currently approximately 1,000 images now in the online archive. These include examples of catalogs, photographs, and art of alumni from the beginning of the school in 1918. The goal is to bring the entire history of Otis online.

The database containing digital images of the work of Otis Faculty is still in the beginning stages. Only a small percentage of Otis faculty members are contained in it. All current Otis Faculty members are eligible for inclusion in this database. Anyone wishing to be added would like to be added, please contact the Visual Resources Librarian.

Included in the database are images from the Omage exhibition held at Track 16 in Bergamot Station, Santa Monica, from July 15-August 31, 2006.

The Ben Maltz Gallery presents a diverse program of group and solo exhibitions in a variety of media. It serves Los Angeles' vigorous art community and the city's diverse public at large, while acting as an important resource for Otis students and faculty. The program engages a wide range of contemporary art and ideas through exhibitions, catalogues, and public events. Highlighting work that pushes the frontiers of traditional form and subject matter, the Gallery typically exhibits emerging and established Los Angeles artists and designers, placing them in the context of national and international programming. The Gallery both originates and participates in national touring exhibitions.
